Return Process

  Visit our Support Portal and submit a return request with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label securely to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
